Chris Morgan – Founder & CEO

Chris is the founder of Fruition Talent Group and has over 30 years’ experience in delivering search mandates across Europe, Middle East, USA, South America, Africa and Asia. He leads our senior level assignments for our clients within the Software, SaaS, Managed Services, Professional Services, Outsourcing and Cloud Computing sectors.

 

Prior to founding Fruition Chris was a Director and Practice Leader for Redgrave Partners driving their Technology and Services capabilities with investor-backed and listed entities.. He was formerly the European Head of Technology for Korn/ Ferry International where he led a team of over fifty staff across seven countries in Europe.

A graduate of Lancaster University he is married with three boys and lives in North Hertfordshire.

Juliet Smith – Director

 

 

Juliet has over 15 years experience in executive recruitment across HR, Consultancy, Telecommunications and Media.  She worked for a number of leading search businesses prior to joining the team at Fruition in 2005.

 

Juliet’s passion is working closely with the senior management teams of businesses consulting firms formulating and delivering effective recruitment strategies.  A graduate of Exeter University, Juliet’s spare time is taken up with her family and animals.
